New Chamber Ballet presents Twine, a new full-length ballet choreographed by Miro Magloire to music by Tonia Ko.

Set to five works for piano and/or violin (Plush Earth, Games of Belief, Moves & Remains, Surge Out, and Tribute/Axis II) the choreography leans into Ko’s poetic and evocative sound world in a series of dances for the full company.

The ballet will be performed on both 12 & 13 September at the Mark Morris Dance Group, Brooklyn, in New Chamber Ballet's signature setup in-the-round, with the audience seated up-close and able to see the kaleidoscopic choreography from various angles. The music will be performed live.

Performers include the dancers Anabel Alpert, Megan Foley, Nicole McGinnis, Amber Neff, Rachele Perla, and Kayla Schmitt; as well as Doori Na (violin) and Sophiko Simsive (piano).
